Cancellation & Refund Policy

The policies stated below applies to all customers of zookeepermedia.com & rollcall.asia. You are bound by these cancellation and refund policies as long as you're on zookeepermedia.com & rollcall.asia.

Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel their service booking within 48 hours of registration without penalty.
Cancellation Fees
If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours after registration, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost will be charged.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period (48 hours from registration). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
All ticket purchases are strictly nonrefundable and non-deferrable.
